Filing a DMCA Takedown Request
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, follow these six steps to submit a valid takedown request. Each step is required by law for your notice to be actionable.
1 Identify the Original Copyrighted Work
Clearly describe or link to the original copyrighted material you own. If your claim covers multiple works, provide a representative list with enough detail for us to locate each one.
2 Provide the Exact URL of the Infringing Content
Tell us precisely where on getfastiptv.com the material in question appears. Include the full URL, page title, or any identifiers that help us locate it quickly.
3 Include Your Contact Information
Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can reach you if we need to follow up on your claim.
4 Include a Good Faith Statement
Write a statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5 Include a Statement Under Penalty of Perjury
Declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6 Sign the Notice
Include your physical or electronic signature. A typed full name at the bottom of an email is generally accepted as an electronic signature for DMCA purposes.
Contact Our DMCA Agent
Once your notice is complete, send it to our designated DMCA agent at the email address below. Please use “DMCA Takedown Request” as your subject line so we can prioritize your message.
What Happens After You File
1. We Acknowledge Receipt
Our team confirms we received your notice and begins reviewing it for completeness.
2. We Investigate
We verify the claim against the content on our platform and assess whether removal is warranted.
3. We Respond
We aim to respond to all valid takedown requests within 48 hours of receipt. If content is removed, the affected user is notified.
Counter-Notification Rights
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original complaint.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send your counter-notification to legal@getfastiptv.com. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
