Refund Policy

1. The 7-Day Guarantee

Because we believe in the quality of our streams, we provide a straight-forward 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all initial subscriptions.

2. Conditions for a Refund

To qualify for a refund, please ensure you meet these basic rules:

You must contact us to request the refund within exactly 7 days (168 hours) of your purchase.
This must be your very first order with GetFastIPTV. Renewals, upgrades, and subsequent account purchases are not eligible.
Your account must be in good standing, meaning it hasn't been blocked for breaking our terms (like restreaming or account sharing).

3. When We Cannot Refund

There are a few situations where we are unable to process a refund:

Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
If you refuse to apply our provided setup guides or communicate with our support staff to fix your issue.
If the streaming issues are proven to be on your end, such as ISP throttling, slow internet speeds (under 30 Mbps), or a weak Wi-Fi signal.
During brief scheduled server maintenance or temporary technical downtimes.

4. How to Request Your Refund

If you've decided to cancel within the 7-day period, please follow these simple steps:

Email us directly at support@getfastiptv.com.
Use the subject: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
Ensure the email is sent from the same address you used during checkout.
Provide your account username and the date you bought the subscription.
Let us know why it didn't work out. (Optional, but it helps us improve!)

5. Timeline and Methods

Once we approve your request, your subscription will be closed immediately, and the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on the method, it can take some time to appear:

Cards: Normally takes 3 to 7 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
PayPal: Generally instantaneous, but PayPal can occasionally hold it in pending for up to 48 hours.
Crypto: Due to blockchain mechanics, cryptocurrency cannot be refunded in cash. Approved crypto refunds will be offered as store credit or transferred back minus the network fees.
